Elton Suragh is the Property Manager at CSG Management Group, bringing nearly 20 years of hands-on experience in the property management industry. His career began in 2007 in military housing at Fort Benning, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service, property operations, and relationship management.

Throughout his career, Elton has worked closely with property owners, residents, vendors, and maintenance teams, giving him a practical understanding of what it takes to keep properties running smoothly. He takes pride in being a problem-solver, communicating clearly, and building lasting relationships with the people he serves.

Property management can be fast-paced and unpredictable, but Elton believes a positive attitude and solution-focused approach can make all the difference. He brings that mindset to work each day, with a commitment to providing dependable service to both owners and residents.

Outside of work, Elton is a proud husband and father of four sons. He also enjoys coaching soccer and staying actively involved in his community.
