Carson Paris is a lifelong Columbus native, husband, father of two, and one of the area’s top-producing real estate professionals, serving clients throughout the Columbus, Georgia and Phenix City, Alabama markets.

With deep roots in the community and years of experience working directly with homeowners, investors, and properties throughout the region, Carson brings valuable local knowledge to CSG Management Group. His understanding of neighborhood trends, property values, rental opportunities, and what owners expect from their investments helps shape CSG’s practical, owner-focused approach to property management.

Carson remains active in the real estate market every day, giving him a firsthand understanding of what is happening in neighborhoods throughout the Columbus and Phenix City area. That real-world market knowledge is especially valuable when helping owners evaluate rental opportunities, property values, and long-term investment decisions.



Outside of real estate, Carson is deeply involved in the Columbus community. He serves as head wrestling coach at St. Anne-Pacelli Catholic School, where both of his children attend, and also coaches with Columbus Youth Soccer Club. He and his family are active supporters of the local performing arts through their family-owned dance studio.
