A Columbus native with decades of experience in real estate, Ashley Pezold brings a practical, owner-focused perspective to CSG Management Group.

As both a real estate professional and an investor herself, Ashley understands firsthand what property owners expect from a management company. She knows the importance of protecting an investment, staying ahead of issues, controlling expenses, and maintaining clear and consistent communication.

Ashley is actively involved in the business and believes successful property management comes down to the details. From the way an owner is communicated with to how a maintenance issue is handled, she believes the small things ultimately determine the quality of the experience.

Her years in the local real estate industry also give her a strong understanding of property values, market conditions, and the needs of investors throughout the Columbus and surrounding markets.



Outside of work, Ashley is a wife and mom to three children. She enjoys spending time with her family and giving back to the Columbus community, including serving as a board member and supporting organizations that help strengthen the area she has always called home.
